The Best Meat Seasoning Mist Ever |

After hours of experimenting to find a simple seasoning that works for all kinds of meats, I came up with this, and I think it's perfect. I sometimes use it on baked ribs along with my Dry Rub Pork Ribs (#105102), and I also spray it on Prime Rib Roasts. You won't believe the flavor! Ingredients:
2 ounces bourbon whiskey |
2 ounces soya sauce |
1 ounce liquid smoke |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and put into a mist type spray bottle.
2. Spray on meat before cooking (adjust amount to your personal taste - I use just enough to dampen the meat).
