I usually make these at night, and snack on them all day, the next day. These are spicy, and I love it! This is meant for all day snacking. I cook 'em and stick them in the fridge and when I'm hungry, I just pop one in the microwave. You can also have this with a salad. It's truly divine. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons canola oil |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
6 chicken legs with thigh |
Directions:
1. Mix canola oil, paprika, chili powder, dried cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl large enough to accommodate 6 chicken legs. 2. Add Chicken and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 3. Spread chicken evenly, after refrigerating, on a baking sheet with no pam or oil, the chicken has enough. 4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
