These are so good. Serves around 4.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 1/2 cups progresso italian seasoned breadcrumbs
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup warm water
Directions:
1. Mix all together until smooth.
2. Roll into balls.
3. place on baking tray lined with aluminum foil 2 inches apart.
4. Bake in 375F oven for 30-40 minutes.
