These are so good. Serves around 4. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 1/2 cups progresso italian seasoned breadcrumbs |
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons garlic powder |
2 teaspoons oregano |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup warm water |
Directions:
1. Mix all together until smooth. 2. Roll into balls. 3. place on baking tray lined with aluminum foil 2 inches apart. 4. Bake in 375F oven for 30-40 minutes. |
