I adapted this recipe from one I found probably 40 years ago. Since then it has made fans of everyone who has tasted it. Once this is made, store it covered in the fridge in a microwave proof dish. Just gently reheat each time you want to use it. Ingredients:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, water, and sugar together until completely smooth. 2. Remove from heat and mix in the sour cream. 3. Honest, that's it! |
