Indulge in this fluffy,filling tasty waffles,so good you will not know they are gluten-free! Ingredients:
3 large eggs/separated |
2 tbsp. baking powder |
1/2 tsp.baking soda. |
1 tbsp. sugar |
2/3 cup sour cream. |
3/4 cup milk. |
1/4 cup vegetable oil. |
1/4 cup unsalted butter,melted |
1/2 cup and 2 2 tbsp. white rice flour. |
1/2 cup and 3 tbsp. tapioca flour. |
1/2 cup cornstarch |
1/2 tsp. potato flour |
1/2 tsp. xanthan gum. |
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites until stiff.,set aside. 2. in a large mixing bowl,beat egg yolks,sour cream,milk,butter,and oil. 3. Add dry ingredients. 4. Mix until smooth. 5. Fold in beaten egg whites. 6. BAKE until golden brown in a waffle maker. |
