The Best Darn Key Lime Pie in All the Land |

A Sweet and tart key lime pie that will simply melt in your mouth. If you'er expecting a lime green colored pie then this recipe isn't for you. A true key lime pie is a yellow color. Ingredients:
4 egg yolks |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1/2 cup fresh key lime juice |
1 tablespoon freshly grated key lime zest |
Directions:
1. Combine the yolks, sweetened milk and zest in a mixer and mix really good. Zest the limes before juicing them. Add the lime juice in small batches so it mixes in good. Pour into a 9 in graham crust (8 in works better if you can find one, or make your own) Bake is a 375 degree oven for exactly 15 minutes.
