The Best Chunky Guacamole

This is the perfect guacamole, Great flavor. It is a keeper in my recipe book.
Ingredients:
1 medium tomato, finely diced (about 1 cup)
1/2 small red onion, finely diced (about 3 tablespoons)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 large hass avocadoes, cut into 1/2 inch dice (about 1 pound toal)
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, toss the tomato with the onion, cilantro, lime juice, red pepper flakes and 1 teaspoon salt, and let set for 5 minutes.
2. Add the avocados and gently mash it into the tomato mixture with a fork.
3. Serve immediately.
4. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
