Not just for vegies you serve this dip with French or Italian breads. And even assorted crackers. My children like to use it for their chip dipping. Ingredients:
1 8 oz. pkg of cream cheese |
2/3 cup cottage cheese |
1 tsp dijon-styled mustard |
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper |
6 tbsp prepared mango chutney |
1/4 cup fresh parsley |
2 tbsp minced green onion |
Directions:
1. Prepare dip in blender or processor. combine cream cheese and cottage cheese. Pulsate until mixture is smooth. 2. Transfer cheese mixture to bowl stir in mustard and cayenne until well blended. 3. Add chutney,chpd parsley and onion stir well. |
