This simple black beanside goes great with Mexican or Cuban meals. Ingredients:
1 (16 oz) can black beans |
1 small onion,chopped |
1 clove garlic,chopped |
1 tbs chopped,fresh cilantro |
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. In med. saucepan,combine beans,onion and garlic and bring to boil. 2. Reduce heat to med-low. Season with cilantro,cayenne,and salt. Simmer 5 mins and serve. |
