The flavor,the texture,..this dish is fit for any company dinner,or family dinner. Ingredients:
1 c milk |
2 tb butter |
1 tb sugar |
2 tb flour |
1 15 oz can of corn (whole and drained) |
2 eggs (well beaten) |
Directions:
1. Boil 3/4 c milk with butter and sugar. Dissolve flour in 1/4 c milk. 2. Pour flour mixture into milk mixture to make a thin white sauce. 3. Add to drained corn in 1-1/1/2 Pyrex loaf pan. Mix in eggs. bake 1 hour at 400' |
