The Best Artichoke & Spinach Chip Dip! |

Trials and Errors, I finally came up with this, and I have to say it's the best Dip I've ever had. I get lot's of compliments, and I never have leftovers. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 cup mozzarella cheese |
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese, romano, and asiago cheese mix |
2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts |
1 (10 ounce) jar alfredo sauce (recommend bertolli) |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
10 ounces spinach |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix together cheeses, Alfredo sauce, garlic, and pepper. 2. Thaw and squeeze water from spinach, chop and add to the mix. 3. Drain artichokes, chop to your preference, and add to mix. 4. Stir together, spoon into a casserole dish. 5. Sprinkle top with mozzarella. 6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until the edges on top are turning light brown. 7. Let cool and serve with chips. |
