I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. Ingredients:
1 cup fat free cream cheese |
1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese |
4 ounces fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix, any flavour (1 large box or 2 small boxes, one good combo is cheescake flavor and white chocolate) |
1 cup 1% low-fat milk |
2 tablespoons protein powder, that will enhance (2 scoops) |
Directions:
1. Mix this altogether well with a hand mixer. 2. Enjoy! |
