This came from Obesity Help. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
8 ounces milk (or soymilk or almond milk) |
6 ounces light banana cream pie yogurt |
1 scoop vanilla protein powder |
1 tablespoon sugar-free pudding mix, banana flavored |
1 tablespoon toasted wheat germ |
ice |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Process until smooth. Add ice as desired. 2. Enjoy! |
