Ingredients:
* 8 firm bananas, cut into chunks
* 1/2 cup butter, melted
* 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
*garnish with slivered almonds or whipped topping/creme fraiche
Directions:
1. Place banana chunks in a small baking dish.
2. Top with melted butter and cinnamon sugar.
3. Bake in the oven or in a toaster oven at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
