Great, easy take on salad. Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados |
1/2 lb feta |
1/2 lb walnuts |
1/2 lb carrot |
1/4 lb chopped red cabbage |
1 tangerine, cut in slices |
4 heads lettuce (a mixture of bibb, red leaf, etc.) |
fresh ground pepper |
oil |
vinegar |
Directions:
1. Clean greens, then dry and chop into tiny pieces. 2. Add remaining ingredients and toss. 3. Grind fresh pepper on top. 4. Add oil and vinegar to taste. |
