Thanksgiving Faux Meatloaf |

This loaf is great for vegetarians seaching for something to eat on Thanksgiving. It does not require much prep, is filling, and even meateaters alike will enjoy. Ingredients:
1 onion |
1 cup rolled oats |
breadcrumbs |
1 1/2 lbs tofu, crumbled |
1/2 cup chopped parsley |
1/3 cup soy sauce |
1/3 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F and oil a bread pan or small lasagne pan. 2. Mix all of the goodies together and press into prepared pan. 3. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown on the top. 4. Slice and serve warm. |
