My sister first served this at a family Thanksgiving dinner, hence the name. By changing the topping you can make it any flavor you like. It is very tasty and uncomplicated to make. Serve it any time you have a craving for cheesecake! Read more ! Ingredients:

6 tbsp butter, melted |
1 tsp cinnamon |
3 tbsp sugar |
2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
filling |
3x 8 oz pkgs cream cheese |
3 lg eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Mix crust ingredients and press onto bottom and halfway up sides of 9 or 10 springform pan. 3. For filling, make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Beat all together til smooth and pour over crust. 4. Bake for 30 -35 min til slightly browned. 5. Remove cake from oven, cool to room temp. and chill overnight. Just before serving, top with your favourite pie filling, and , if desired, whipped cream. |
