From Rachel Ray Ingredients:
1 1/3 lbs ground turkey breast |
2 pinches ground ginger or 2 pinches grated gingerroot or 1 inch peeled grated gingerroot |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce |
2 teaspoons curry powder |
2 scallions, finely chopped |
salt |
Directions:
1. Heat nonstick skillet or griddle pan over medium-high heat. 2. Combine turkey, ginger, soy sauce, curry powder, salt, and scallions. 3. Form 4 patties and cook on skillet, 4 minutes on each side. |
