Thai Turkey Burgers

Serve with spring salad mix or some sauteed vegetables. To cut back on carbs, eliminate buns and cut up burgers and put in salad.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
4 green onions (minced)
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (finey chopped)
2 teaspoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
1 dash fresh coarse ground black pepper
4 whole wheat hamburger buns
Directions:
1. Combine turkey, green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper in a large bowl.
2. Shape into four burgers.
3. Grill, broil, or pan-fry until cooked through.
4. Place burgers on bun and serve.
