Serve with spring salad mix or some sauteed vegetables. To cut back on carbs, eliminate buns and cut up burgers and put in salad. Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
4 green onions (minced) |
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (finey chopped) |
2 teaspoons reduced sodium soy sauce |
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated) |
1 dash fresh coarse ground black pepper |
4 whole wheat hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. Combine turkey, green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper in a large bowl. 2. Shape into four burgers. 3. Grill, broil, or pan-fry until cooked through. 4. Place burgers on bun and serve. |
