I absolutely LOVE the Thai Tuna Wraps from Starbuck's, but it just kills me to pay $6.99 for a little wrap. Here is a version I made. *Cooking time is chilling time. Ingredients:
4 cheese flavoured flour tortillas |
1/4 cup shredded carrot |
2 (170 g) cans tuna, packed in water |
1 (250 g) package uncle ben's bistro express pre-cooked basmati rice |
3 tablespoons sliced green onions |
3 tablespoons thai sweet chili sauce |
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 dash garlic salt |
1 dash ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients (except wraps) in a bowl. 2. Once thoroughly combined, spoon 1/4 of mixture on each tortilla wrap. 3. Wrap like a burrito. 4. Chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours and enjoy! |
