thai sweet and sour shrimp soup with mushroom and coconut milk Ingredients:
500 grams of shimp |
200 grams of mushroom |
10 cups of water |
3 tbs of tom yum paste |
5 shallot, sliced |
5 garlic, sliced |
1 tomato, quartered |
juice of 2 lemon |
1 part of galangal, bruised |
6 kraffir lime leaf |
2 lemon grass, bruised |
salt and pepper |
1 cup of coconut milk |
fresh coriander |
Directions:
1. bring water to the boil,cook tom yum paste with shallots, garlic, galangal, kraffir lime leaves, lemon grass, until boils 2. add tomato, mushroom, lemon juice, coconut milk salt and pepper 3. taste, if the saltiness and sourness is enough, add shrimp, when the shrimp turns red turn off the stove |
