Ingredients:
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions |
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce |
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
12 cloves garlic, halved |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Use to marinate beef or fish (see chart, next page). |
