Ingredients:
3 ounces sirloin steak (cut into 1/4-inch strips) |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 tablespoon light soy sauce |
3 cups romaine lettuce |
1 cup sliced red bell pepper |
2 tablespoons chopped unsalted peanuts |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. In a skillet over high heat, sauté steak until cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes. Whisk together olive oil, lime juice and soy sauce; toss with romaine lettuce, red bell pepper, peanuts and cilantro. Top with steak. |
