1 lb squid (cleaned) |

Directions:
1. cut squid into small squares. 2. blanch squid for 1 minute in boiling water. 3. plunge squid into cold water immediately. 4. prepare remaining ingredients for dressing. 5. mix with squid. 6. Serve on lettuce bed Chill before serving. |
