This is the soup paste I use to make my Tom Yum Het. It can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week. Ingredients:
7 fresh red chilies |
1 stalk lemongrass |
6 kaffir lime leaves |
3 cm cube galangal |
3 garlic cloves |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Using a food processor grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste. |
