Another easy Shimp Salad... Ingredients:
14 ounces raw shrimp, peeled, devided and leave in tail |
4 tablespoons lime juice |
4 tablespoons fish sauce |
a pinch of msg ( favoring accent) optional |
2 stalk cilantro leaves discard stalk (leave some for garnish) |
4 small shallots thinly sliced |
2 hot red chili peppers diced |
1 cucumber thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. In a pan, add water and bring to boil. When boil add shimp and cook it for 2-3 mintues until pink, removed and place in a mixing bowl. 2. Ten minutes before serving, combine shrimp, fish sauce, shallots, chili peppers, lime juice and msg, allow to stand. To serve, combine with remaining ingredients and toss well. 3. Place on a serving plate and garnish with cilantro. |
