every one love thai rice noodle stir fry, in thai it's phad see eew in singapore and malaysia they have char kwee tiao in indonesia we have kwetiau goreng , I believe they are all sisters, ha ha ha Ingredients:
300 grams of fresh rice noodles, cut into 2 inches cubes |
100 grams of pork (or beef) , thinly sliced |
100 grams of kay lan |
2 egg |
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped |
in chilli, roughly chopped |
1 tbs of soy sauce |
1 tbs of fish sauce |
1 tbs of oyster sauce |
1 teaspoon of sugar |
pinch of pepper |
3 tbs of cooking oil |
Directions:
1. mix soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar in a small bowl 2. Heat oil, brown sliced pork, stir until pork is cooked 3. add garlic and chilli stir until fagant and garlic is golden brown 4. add eggs, stir to break the eggs 5. add rice noodles, sauce, stir to mix everything well 6. Add kay lan, keep stirring and tossing your wok 7. turn off the heat, serve while it's hot |
