Thai Pork Patties

Quick and easy, with a bit of a difference for a barbeque.
Ingredients:
500 g pork mince
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons finely chopped lemongrass
2 tablespoons fresh finely chopped basil
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together with hands.
2. Shape into four patties.
3. Cook on barbeque or pan 3- 5 minutes on each side.
