My friend Leanne brought this recipe over when we had a wing night birthday dinner. It is from a local pub in town. I heven't had them in a while and they were just as delicious as I remember! This makes quite a lot, so adjust to the amount you need:) Ingredients:
0.5 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk |
1/4 cup fish sauce |
2 -4 tablespoons chili sauce |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a pot and heat over very low heat until mixed thoroughly. 2. Coat deep fried wings with as much sauce as you desire. |
