I received this recipe from a local Chiropractor. I haven't tried it personally yet, but did not want to lose the recipe. Ingredients:
1/2 cup chicken bouillon or 1/2 cup chicken broth |
1 -2 teaspoon fresh or freeze dried ginger (ground ginger works too) |
1 bunch green onion |
2 green peppers, chopped |
1 teaspoon cornstarch |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or less) |
3 -4 chicken breasts |
olive oil |
brown rice |
peanuts |
Directions:
1. Cook and cube chicken (can choose to season the chicken a bit). 2. Heat oil in fry pan. Add cooked chicken and green peppers. Stir fry until green peppers are tender. 3. Chop green onions and add to green peppers and chicken. 4. Mix ginger, boullion or broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar and red pepper flakes. 5. Pour mixture over chicken, peppers, and onions. Heat very lightly. 6. Serve over brown rice. Add peanuts just before serving. |
