I have not tried this recipe. I'm posting this recipe for safe keeping. I got this recipe from Mr. Food's Quick And Easy Side Dishes. Note: try substituting crunchy peanut butter if you'd enjoy a peanuttier taste. Ingredients:
1 lb linguine or 1 lb spaghetti |
1 cup creamy peanut butter |
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. 2. Meanwhile, in a medium sized bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Drain the pasta and place in a large bowl. 3. Toss the peanut sauce with the hot cooked pasta and serve immediately. |
