Got this from mum. really really good Ingredients:
salad: 1/2 box whole wheat spaghetti |
1/2 bag broccoli slaw |
3 stalks celery |
1 red or green pepper |
5 cloves roasted garlic |
green onions |
onion sprouts |
toasted pine nuts/sesame seeds (toast for a few minutes in oven at 350) |
sauce: 4 tblsp each sweet red chili sauce + peanut satay sauce |
1 tblsp olive oil |
1 tsp red pepper flakes |
a few squirts of soy sauce |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Make spaghetti according to box 2. meanwhile chop veggies 3. toss spaghetti with veggies 4. make sauce 5. toss sauce into salad |
