Got this from mum. really really good
Ingredients:
salad: 1/2 box whole wheat spaghetti
1/2 bag broccoli slaw
3 stalks celery
1 red or green pepper
5 cloves roasted garlic
green onions
onion sprouts
toasted pine nuts/sesame seeds (toast for a few minutes in oven at 350)
sauce: 4 tblsp each sweet red chili sauce + peanut satay sauce
1 tblsp olive oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
a few squirts of soy sauce
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Make spaghetti according to box
2. meanwhile chop veggies
3. toss spaghetti with veggies
4. make sauce
5. toss sauce into salad
