i love hummus but wanted something spicier this time. Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas |
3 cloves garlic mashed |
3 tablespoons lime juice |
2 tablespoons tahini |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1 tablespoon sambal oelek |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. blend all the ingredients except the water in your food processor until smooth. 2. add water in small amounts to desired consistency. 3. i prefer hummus that is chilled so i recommend putting in the fridge for about an hour. you may serve immediately if you prefer though. |
