A delicious mild curry that everyone will love! Ingredients:
500 g chicken thigh fillets, diced |
1 tablespoon cooking oil |
5 tablespoons asia home green curry paste |
400 ml coconut milk |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
fresh coriander, garnish |
your choice of vegetables capsicum, sliced |
Directions:
1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in wok or pan. 2. Stirfry chicken with curry paste until the chicken is browned. 3. Add the Coconut Milk and brown sugar. 4. Add vegetables (if desired). 5. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked and the chicken is tender. 6. Garnish with fresh coriander then serve with rice. |
