A smoky citrusy take on pork steaks. A family favorite and great way to change up your everyday pork. Ingredients:
24 ounces pork steaks |
1 teaspoon hungarian paprika |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 lime, zest of |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle pork steaks with lime juice on both sides. 2. Mix paprika, ginger, lime zest, salt & pepper and rub into both sides of pork steak. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. 3. Grill pork steaks on medium high heat until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. or until barely pink in the middle. |
