This thai style fried rice is very easy to cook and tastes fantastic Ingredients:
2 portions of steamed thai rice |
1 fried chicken, shredded |
1 egg |
3 tbs olive oil |
2 cloves of garlic, minced |
2 hot chilli peppers, finely sliced |
1 tbs of thai red curry paste |
1 tbs of thai soy sauce |
2 tbs of thai oyster sauce |
pinch of salt and pepper |
finely sliced scallion |
Directions:
1. Sautee garlic, chilli and oil in low heat, until fragant 2. add egg, turn into high heat , add chicken , 3. add thai red curry sauce, rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, scallion, mix well, serve hot |
