I couldn't find a kosher fish sauce to make pad thai with, so I make this instead. Works like a charm! Ingredients:
6 anchovy fillets (well rinsed and drained) |
1 clove crushed garlic |
1 tablespoon soya sauce |
Directions:
1. Mash anchovies with the garlic and soya sauce. |
