Thai Drunken Chicken Wings |

Came across this great recipe on the net, tweaked it a bit to suit my palate... Ingredients:
1.5 pounds chicken wings |
marinade |
1 tbsp fish sauce |
1/4 cup thinly sliced lemongrass |
10-15 cloves garlic, crushed |
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/4 cup chopped cilantro including roots |
2 tbsp sriracha sauce (rooster sauce) |
1/4 cup whiskey/bourbon |
Directions:
1. Mix the marinade, stir the wings until thoroughly coated and leave to marinade for 12-24 hours in the fridge. 2. Barbeque or grill the wings over fairly high heat until cooked through. 3. Serve hot with a dash of lime |
