I love to recreate sauces, soups and dressings - this is one that I took from my local Thai restuaraunt and recreated - serves with a orange and seasame chicken salad - Ingredients:
1tsp. grated ginger ( i freeze mine first and then grate it) |
1/2 clove garlic (small) mashed |
1 tsp honey |
2 tsp. red wine vinegar |
1/4 cup peanut sauce (i use house of tsang) |
2 tbsp. hot chili sauce (i use kame) |
1 1/2 tsp sesame oil |
2-3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil |
2-3 tsp toasted sesame seeds |
salt & pepper to taste |
