My cousin brought this to our family's Christmas get-together. She did not have any to take home. Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
3 celery ribs, chopped |
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped |
5 bunches green onions, sliced |
3 tablespoons red chili-garlic sauce |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Saute chicken until no longer pink, then chop when cool enough to handle. 2. (I use my indoor grill or precooked fajita strips work great, too) Mix all ingredients and serve with crackers. |
