This dish is so healthly that you won't believe..and it's so fast and simple... Ingredients:
1/2 cup coarsely chopped roasted peanuts |
1 cup thai peanut sauce |
6 oz chicken breast strips, grilled |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped |
6 cup coleslaw mix, shredded |
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into 1/2 inch pieces. 2. In a large bowl, combine chicken strips, coleslaw mix and cilantro. Add peanut sauce and mix well. If desired, garnish with peanuts. |
