Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon(s) honey |
1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce |
2 teaspoon(s) hoisin sauce |
1 clove(s) garlic |
12 ounce(s) extra-lean ground beef |
1/2 cup(s) fresh bread crumbs |
1/4 cup(s) minced scallions |
2 tablespoon(s) cold water |
1 tablespoon(s) minced fresh cilantro |
2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce |
1 teaspoon(s) wasabi powder |
1 teaspoon(s) grated ginger |
1 teaspoon(s) sugar |
2 clove(s) garlic |
Directions:
1. Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 2. Preheat the grill. 3. Combine the beef, bread crumbs, scallions, water, cilantro, soy sauce, wasabi, ginger, sugar, and garlic in a bowl and mix well. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Shape into 4 patties. 5. Grill the patties 5 to 6 inches above hot coals for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. 6. Top each burger with sauce and serve immediately. |
