Thai Broccoli Without Peanut Butter |

Same as Thai Salad recipe but without the peanut butter. Almost as good and almost 100 calories less. I usually substitute lemon juice for lime in this recipe. Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp water |
1 tbsp lime juice |
1 tbsp soy sauce |
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes |
1 tsp olive oil |
3 cup fresh broccoli florets |
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper |
1/4 cup sliced green onions |
1 clove garlic, crushed |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, hot water, lime juice, soy sauce and red pepper flakes until well blended 2. Heat oil. Add broccoli, bell pepper, green onions and garlic.Stir-fry 3 to 4 min 3. Stir in sauce mixture. |
