Thai Broccoli Without Peanut Butter

Same as Thai Salad recipe but without the peanut butter. Almost as good and almost 100 calories less. I usually substitute lemon juice for lime in this recipe.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp water
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp olive oil
3 cup fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, hot water, lime juice, soy sauce and red pepper flakes until well blended
2. Heat oil. Add broccoli, bell pepper, green onions and garlic.Stir-fry 3 to 4 min
3. Stir in sauce mixture.
