Ingredients:
2 pound(s) beef steak |
1 package(s) cherry tomatoes |
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped |
1 cucumber, diced |
1/4 cup(s) fish sauce |
3 fresh thai chillies, finely minced |
1 head(s) lettuce |
2 limes, squeezed |
1 cup(s) onion, sliced |
1 teaspoon(s) sugar |
Directions:
1. Broil steak to medium rare. let cool. Cut steak into thin slices. Starting with sugar, chillies, and liquids, mix all ingredients. Chill. Serve over rice. |
