Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk |
2 teaspoons thai red curry paste |
2 lbs beef sirloin steaks |
2 tablespoons nam pla |
1 bunch fresh basil |
2 green onions, sliced |
1 tablespoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Slice beef thinly. 2. In big pot, stir and cook coconut milk until it separates, about 5 minutes. 3. Stir in red curry paste; add sliced beef, cooking until done. 4. Add everything else and serve. |
