Great Thai dessert to serve after Thai meal. Ingredients:
3 medium to large bananas |
1 egg |
2 tbsp sugar |
2 tbsp rice flour |
6 tbsp dried coconut |
50g/2oz butter |
1 lime, quartered |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl beat together egg, sugar and flour 2. Peel banana, cut in half and slice halves lengthwise 3. Dip banana slices into egg mixture, then roll in coconut 4. Melt butter in heavy pan 5. Cook bananas for 10 minutes, turning when brown 6. Serve hot with lime quarters |
