Something a little different than your usual dip to serve with crackers. And very easy also! Ingredients:
250 g philadelphia cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce |
1/4 cup fresh coriander, finely chopped |
125 g water crackers |
Directions:
1. Place cream cheese block (whole) on a baking tray. 2. Cover with chilli sauce. 3. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. 4. Top with coriander and serve with water crackers. |
