Place 4 boneless chicken breast halves in a 2 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. Mix 1 1/2 cups of Picante sauce, 3 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard and pour over the chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. or until done. Serve with rice. Ingredients:
