Another recipe i picked up on vacation....Texas does love their chili....Hope you will try this one. Ingredients:
2 pounds ground chuck |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon oregano |
3/8 cup chili powder |
1 15 oz can tomato sauce |
2 cups water |
1 16 oz can ranch style pinto beans |
Directions:
1. Brown meat with onion, garlic and seasonings. 2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least one hour. 3. Serves 8. |
