This will make any cut of beef taste great. Try it and I know you'll love it, my family does. Ingredients:
2 -2 1/2 lbs beef |
1 cup salad oil |
3/4 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Wipe meat and place in a deep dish. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. 3. Turn to coat both sides. 4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 3 days. 5. Remove meat from frig 1 hour before cooking. 6. Drain off marinade and wipe meat with paper towel to remove excess marinade. 7. Broil or barbecue. |
